If You Like Cut Copy and Ghost Beach, You’ll Love “Bearstronaut,” an Awesome Boston Indiepop Group

After listening to some infectious, danceable new releases today by indiepop groups like Ghost Beach and Chromeo, I stumbled upon a local Boston indiepop act called “Beastronaut.” The first song of theirs I heard, “Passenger Side,” recalled elements of Cut Copy, one of my faves in the indiepop/electro world. They have a great EP, “Paradice,” on spotify, as well as “Paradice Remixed,” and a recently released new single, “Black Bells.” They’ll be at TT The Bear’s Place in Cambridge on March 25 and I can’t wait to see them.
